Our Social Impact Entrepreneurship experience helps teens see themselves not just as consumers, but as creators of change. We guide them step by step as they turn issues they care about - like bullying, mental health, or the environment - into meaningful business or project ideas that serve their community.
We start by helping teens identify a problem close to their heart. Through group discussions and real-world examples, they explore how mission-driven businesses and nonprofits address similar challenges. Then we introduce simple tools for designing a solution: defining a target audience, brainstorming services or products, and outlining how that idea could sustain itself financially while still doing good.
Throughout the session, teens work in small teams to sketch out a "mini venture." They will name it, clarify its purpose, and outline how it would create impact, generate revenue, and measure results. Along the way, we emphasize ethical leadership, empathy, and responsible decision-making so teens understand that true impact starts with strong values.
By the end, each participant will be able to share a short pitch for their idea - a powerful way to practice public speaking while sharpening their concept. This experience connects naturally with our Public Speaking & Pitch Development Training for teens who want to polish their presentations further.
Parents and partners appreciate that teens walk away with more than inspiration. They gain a basic toolkit for launching school-based initiatives, youth-led service projects, or early-stage ventures that reflect who they are and what they believe in. It's a practical, energizing gateway into entrepreneurship that teaches teens they do not have to wait until adulthood to make a real difference.
