Founder & Teen Leadership Coach
Karen Coleman founded Teen CEO Youth Leadership Development with a vision to help young people discover their voice, strengthen their confidence, and grow into leaders who lead with purpose. Through years of mentoring, coaching, and communication training, she has guided students in building the self-awareness and leadership habits that shape success in school, relationships, and future careers. Her approach creates encouraging spaces where teens feel supported as they practice speaking up, sharing ideas, and developing the confidence to lead themselves and others.
We build confident communicators and courageous teen leaders through practice, mentorship, and the business of self.
One quiet student practiced weekly, then proudly led her class presentation and inspired peers.
Parents tell us their teens speak up more, manage nerves, and take healthy leadership risks.
Schools, churches, and youth organizations partner with Teen CEO to grow confident, and leaders.
Teen CEO Youth Leadership Development began with a simple belief, every teen deserves structured support to find their voice. Karen's journey overcoming dyslexia and building confidence through Toastmasters shaped a program that blends social-emotional learning, real practice, and clear leadership frameworks so teens can lead themselves well before they lead others.
Today, we partner with schools, families, and community groups to create spaces where youth are seen, heard, and challenged to grow. Workshops, mentorship, and entrepreneurship experiences help teens connect character, communication, and choices, strengthening classrooms, youth ministries, and neighborhoods through confident young leaders.
